Jon is known for his adept leadership, the ability to guide teams effectively, and fostering collaboration and innovation, Jon leads the team in Canada in collaboration with Claude Mindorff driving the development of the current 1.5GW Alberta portfolio. As technology expert, he will also be designing new approaches to the renewable sector by leveraging new technology to meet the current and upcoming needs of the energy market.

Pioneered the commercial deployment of cold weather remote sodar, hub height weather stations, mesomapping and the use of GIS in wind and solar farm design and development.
Has diverse experience in construction, operations and project management of large infrastructure, data center and renewable energy projects in Scandinavia and Alberta. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Lethbridge and Electrical Technology diploma from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology Jay currently manages technical design, construction execution and operations in Alberta.
Has led sustainability initiatives such as the Energy Cube Project, where he collaborated with industry professionals to promote clean energy technologies across eastern Ontario.
With a background in Sustainable and Renewable Energy Engineering and is working towards obtaining his Professional Engineer license, Omar manages the grid operator connection process along with project budgeting and schedules.
A decade of proven expertise in grid-scale solar development and agrivoltaics, with successful projects in Canada and the UK. As a board member for Agrivoltaics Canada representing British Columbia, he has championed innovative solutions at the food and renewable energy intersection. Jeremy led Mitacs-funded agrivoltaic prototype projects in the Okanagan, collaborating closely with Indigenous partners and is currently driving new projects in British Columbia.

Richard Atienza is a senior finance professional with over a decade of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, ERP system implementation, and process optimization across SaaS, gaming, and oil and gas industries. He has successfully led teams, managed multimillion-dollar contracts, and ensured compliance with IFRS/US GAAP standards. Passionate about sustainability, Richard is eager to leverage his expertise to drive operational efficiency and support the organization in the development of renewable energy solutions.
Dmitry has over 12 years of Geographic Information Science (GIS) experience including extensive renewables development including modelling using PVsyst and SAM. With a degree in GIS from Tel Aviv University and a Masters in GIS from Bar-Ilan University, Dmitry is currently developing best practices in use of Drone technology for project development and Operations and Maintenance.
